Our Story
ACA General Construction Inc. was founded by Alberto Iván Cruz Arteaga on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, build it the way it should be built, and treat every property like our own. We've grown by word of mouth across Santa Clarita, the San Fernando Valley, and greater Los Angeles — one finished project at a time.
We're a true general contractor, not a single-trade shop. Interior remodeling, ADUs and additions, plumbing, electrical, roofing leak repair, waterproofing, fences and gates, masonry, cinder block, retaining walls, stucco repair, and painting all run under one roof. On a real project those trades have to be sequenced together — and when they're handled by one contractor, nothing stalls waiting on somebody else's schedule.
We're licensed, insured, and bilingual — se habla español. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day at (818) 326-5592, because a burst pipe or a roof leak at two in the morning is exactly when a contractor should be reachable.
